Position Overview
We’re seeking experienced Supervisors to oversee cleaning operations throughout California. This person will act as one of the local leaders for Neon Clean — managing client relationships, ensuring service quality, coordinating cleaners and schedules, and handling site walkthroughs and inspections.
The right candidates will be detail-oriented, professional, and confident in communicating with clients and managing cleaning teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform client walkthroughs for new and existing commercial cleaning accounts
- Handle day-to-day operations for cleaning crews and schedules
- Oversee job quality and ensure every facility meets Neon Clean’s professional standards
- Communicate with clients to address needs, feedback, and service updates
- Support hiring, training, and coordination of cleaning technicians
- Report job performance metrics and client satisfaction to company leadership
- Manage supplies, equipment needs, and scheduling adjustments
- Assist with quotes, site inspections, and service recommendations
- Quality Control
Compensation
This is an hourly position, paid at a supervisor level.
Requirements
- Prior experience in operations, janitorial management, or team supervision (required)
- Experience with specialty services like floor buffing, strip and wax, commercial window cleaning, deep cleaning, and carpet cleaning.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple commercial accounts simultaneously
- Professional appearance and demeanor for client walkthroughs
- Must have reliable transportation and smartphone
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, emptying trash, disinfecting high-touch surfaces
- Restock supplies and maintain a clean, professional appearance in all areas
- Follow all safety protocols and cleaning standards set by Neon Clean
- Ensure consistent quality and client satisfaction at every job site
- Communicate clearly with management and team members
Qualifications:
- Prior commercial or janitorial cleaning experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically able to be on your feet and lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
